Hello, everyone! Just a little post-Isaac update... we made it through the storm fine (minus a few really miserable days without power or AC), and it even gave me a chance to re-energize the projects I've been working on.
I'm about 1/2 or 2/3 of the way through the first draft of the sequel to my short story Promise To Bite. The sequel will feature a familiar face, but also bring a brand new couple to follow through a harrowing (and sexy) adventure!
Right now the draft is about 11,000 words long... so I anticipate it will end at around 20,000. But who knows! Fiction is capricious like that.
Things are also moving along with the second novel in the Louisiana Shifters series, currently titled Shifter's Legacy.

I absolutely LOVED Shifter in Ascent bit it drove me nuts also. I lost count of the number of pages that had repeated sentences. That detracted from the book greatly. I really hope the next one is edited better. Keep writing...you are great!!!!!
